Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact our office. Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the appointment time may incur a cancellation fee.
Emergency
Our office provides on-call service for emergencies, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. Call 858-453-4003 and someone will contact you as soon as possible.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary greatly, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith, but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them to render payment. you are responsible for the remaining balance, paid in full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
Financing
We do accept Visa and MasterCard. For your convenience, we also work with CareCredit and CitiHealth. Through this program, you can be eligible for up to $25,000. You can apply online or in our office.
